- Must have completed Matric
- Must be from the Emakhazeni Municipality region (Mpumalanga)
- Must be studying or want to study an undergraduate Engineering related qualification (degree/diploma)
- Must be studying or want to study at an accredited public university in South Africa.
- Must demonstrate financial need
