Application Tips for 2026 at TUT

If you want to apply to TUT for 2026, first make sure you meet the minimum APS score for the course you’re interested in. You can find the requirements on TUT’s official website. Also, check that all your documents are clear and certified before you upload them.

These include your ID, school results, and any other required paperwork. If the documents are not clear or certified, your application might be delayed or rejected.

To have a better chance of getting in, apply for two or more courses instead of just one. This gives you more options in case your first choice is full.

If you need money to pay for your studies, you can also apply for NSFAS, which helps students with tuition, meals, and other costs. Make sure you apply early so you don’t miss the deadlines.

Stay Updated

If you are a Grade 12 learner, a gap-year student, or someone looking to further your studies, this could be your chance to gain access to higher education at a reputable university.

Prospective students are encouraged to stay updated by:

Visiting TUT’s official website

Following TUT’s verified pages on Facebook, Twitter/X, and Instagram

Subscribing to email updates or checking the student portal regularly

Apply early, apply smart — and secure your spot at TUT before it’s too late.
