What Does the Bursary Cover?

Who Can Apply?

  3. Planning to study a built-environment qualification at a South African public university or TVET college
  4. Minimum overall average of 50% in your previous studies
  5. Total household income less than R600,000 per annum

  • Certified copy of your ID
  • Matric certificate or statement of results (first-year applicants)
  • Latest tertiary academic record (if you’re in your second year or beyond)
  • Proof of acceptance from your institution (for both new and returning students)
  • Certified copies of parents’/guardians’ IDs
  • Parents’/guardians’ proof of income (latest payslip or affidavit)
  • Affidavit confirming your unemployed status
