Central Johannesburg TVET College online late applications for 2026 are expected to open between 15 January to 27 January 2026. CJC late applications for 2026 will open for both NCV and Occupational Programmes that still have space.

Required Documents for late applications at Central Johannesburg TVET College

When you apply late to Central Johannesburg TVET College (CJC), it is very important that you have all the correct documents. If you don’t have the right documents, your application might not be accepted.

 To make sure everything goes smoothly, you need to prepare these documents before you start your application. Below, we list all the required documents and why they are important:

  • Certified copy of your ID or Password

Why it's important: The college needs to know that you are really the person applying. It helps the college to register you correctly.

  • Certified Copy of Your Latest Academic Results or Senior Certificate

Why this is important: CJC needs to know what subjects you passed. Some courses need certain subjects or marks. For example, if you want to study Engineering, you may need Mathematics and Physical Science.

  • Proof of Residence (Not Older Than Three Months)

The college wants to know where you live. Proof of residence shows your home address. This can be: A municipal account (water or electricity bill), A lease or rental agreement and A letter from a local authority or traditional leader

Why this is important: Helps the college know which campus is closest to you.

  • Valid Email Address for Correspondence

The college will send important information about your application using email. You must have a working email address.

Why this is important: The college will send updates about your application. You may get your acceptance letter or registration instructions by email.

  • Valid Cellphone Number for Notifications

The college may also contact you through your cellphone. This is why you must provide a valid cellphone number.

Why this is important: You may get SMS notifications about your application. The college might call you to ask for missing documents.
