KSD Application Process for the 2nd Trimester 2025 

Step 1: Check if you qualify

Before applying, ensure that you meet the entry requirements for your preferred course. Each course has specific entry requirements, these requirements include passing subjects such as mathematics, physical sciences and English.  

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• Certified copy of their latest grade 12 or NCV L4
• Certified copy of their ID or passport (for international students)
• Proof of residence
• Parent or guardian’s certified ID copy (if applicable)
• Proof of residence

Step 3: Apply Online

Applications can be submitted online through the King Sabata Dalindyebo TVET College website. You will be required to choose courses of your choice, complete your personal details, previous school details and next of kin details. 

You will go through these steps to apply online at King Sabata Dalindyebo (KSD) TVET College:

• Once you have accessed the KSD Website click on the image that details about the 2nd trimester applications 
• Answer few questions regarding having a student number and accept the application rules and click "continue"
• Capture your biographical information and click "next" to proceed with your application;
• Capture results details then add subjects and click "next";
• Capture educational institution detail and click "next";
• Capture academic application details (choose 2 choices/programmes you wish to apply for), click on "add qualification" and thereafter click "next"
• Verify/Check your application details then click "continue";
• Create your 5 digit PIN (e.g 24689), click "I accept" (twice) checkbox thereafter click "Submit Application";
• Upload your documents, select "yes" on the dropdown list if all your documents are ready to be uploaded and then click "next";
• Click "Load/View Document" >> "Upload document" >> "Choose/Browse file" go to the folder where your documents are stored, choose the relevant document and click "save";
• Once all documents have been uploaded click "complete upload";
• Confirmation Page, end of application
