About the Massel Property Services Bursary
The bursary's main goal is to contribute to the development of competent resources in the property industry by assisting aspiring professionals with funding. This bursary programme funds students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Students who get this bursary can use it to study further or to start a career in real estate, at Massel Property Services or somewhere else.
FIELD OF STUDY
The bursary programme is open to students who are pursuing a undergraduate/postgraduate qualification in the following fields:
- Real Estate
- Valuation
- Property Studies
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MASSEL PROPERTY SERVICES BURSARY
To qualify for the Massel Property Services Bursary you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must have completed Matric
- Must be studying one of the above listed qualifications accredited by the South African Council for the Property Valuation Profession.
- Must entering 3rd year, 4th year, Honours OR Masters level of study
- You must be studying at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa
- Must demonstrate financial need
MASSEL PROPERTY SERVICES BURSARY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Certified copy of South African ID
- Most recent academic record
- Proof of registration at an accredited tertiary institution
- Parents/Legal Guardians Certified copies of South African ID
- Parents/Legal Guardians proof of income (affidavit if unemployed or latest payslips if working OR proof social grant if applicable)
- Quotation of your annual study fees for the 2024 academic year
- Motivational letter on why you should be awarded the bursary
