Orbit TVET Application Process
For New Students:
- Take the Placement Assessment
Complete it here - Apply Online
Access the application wizard after finishing the placement test. - Upload Certified Documents (not older than 6 months):
- ID or passport
- Latest school results
- Foreign students must submit SAQA evaluation, valid study permit, and proof of medical insurance.
- Apply for NSFAS
Visit: www.nsfas.org.za - Await Selection Outcome
You will be notified via SMS or check status on i-Enabler under "Academic Admission Status". - Register Within 3 Days of admission.
For Senior Students:
- Log in to the application system using your PIN and student number.
- Apply for progression or to repeat a level.
- Upload ID under "Certificate Seen" if needed.
- Pay 10% tuition fee (unless NSFAS funded).
- Register within 3 days of receiving final results or an admission SMS.
Orbit TVET Admission Requirements for 2nd Semester
- N4: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate with relevant subjects
- N5: N4 in the relevant programme
- N6: N5 in the relevant programme
