Applicants must submit the following documents along with their application:

  • Certified copy of ID document
  • Matric certificate (for first-year students)
  • Full academic record, including latest results (if currently studying)
  • Proof of acceptance or registration at a university (on university letterhead)
  • University tuition fee statement
  • Accommodation invoice/quotation (if applicable)
  • Motivational letter explaining why you should be awarded the bursary
  • Certified copies of parent(s)/guardian(s) ID documents
  • Parent(s)/guardian(s) proof of income or unemployment affidavit
  • Certified copy of SASSA letter (if applicable)

Note: All documents must be certified at a South African Police Station or Post Office and should not be older than 3 months.
