About the Occupational Programme: Electrician
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare learners to work as qualified electricians. Students will gain the skills needed to install, test, connect, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems. The programme focuses on real workplace skills and hands-on training.

Who Can Apply?
Recommended Entry Requirements
Applicants should meet most of the following:
- Passed Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science, or
- Hold a full N2 Electrical Certificate (4 subjects) with relevant trade theory
- Be 18 to 35 years old
- Be a South African citizen
- Be a resident of Rosslyn or PTA North
- Must not have participated in any SETA-funded internship, apprenticeship, or learnership
