Admission Requirements for Occupational Certificates

To be considered for most Occupational Certificate programmes, you generally need a Grade 9 pass or equivalent. A minimum of 50% in English, Mathematics, and Physical Science is required. Preference will be given to applicants with a Grade 12 certificate.

Alternatively, if you have completed Adult Education and Training (AET) Level 4, you can apply if you achieve a minimum of 50% in Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy and English FAL.

Specific Entry Requirements: Chef (NQF Level 5)
