About This Programme

Chiropractors treat conditions and injuries that are nerve, muscle or joint related. Successful graduates are required to complete the Master of Health Sciences in Chiropractic to comply with minimum registration requirements of the AHPCSA.

Required Subjects NSC levels

  • English 5 60–69%
  • Mathematics 4 50–59%
One of the following
  • Physical Science 4 50–59%
  • Life Science 4 50–59%

Additional Requirements

  • Mathematics Literacy not accepted
  • Technical Mathematics not accepted
  • Technical Science not accepted
  • Applicants must undergo a selection process including academic results, questionnaire and letters of recommendation/observation from two practising Doctors of Chiropractic
  • Successful applicants will be invited to attend an interview
  • Successful graduates required to complete Master of Health Sciences in Chiropractic for AHPCSA registration
English 5 (60%+), Mathematics 4 (50%+), Physical Science 4 (50%+) OR Life Science 4 (50%+). Mathematics Literacy, Technical Mathematics and Technical Science not accepted.
