About This Programme

A Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting preparing graduates for careers as financial managers, accountants, internal auditors and tax consultants.

Admission Requirements
Minimum APS score of 28 (excluding Life Orientation)

  • Mathematics 4 50–59%

Additional Requirements

  • Mathematical Literacy not accepted
  • Technical Mathematics not accepted

Life Orientation is excluded from the APS / score calculation.

Life Orientation is NOT included in the APS calculation. Does not provide direct access to the Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Science; however, graduates may apply for a bridging programme subject to space, admission requirements and continued future offering of the programme.
