The BA at UniZulu offers flexible combinations of humanities and social science subjects. Students may choose from streams including Geography & History, Geography & Tourism, History & IsiZulu, Linguistics & English, Philosophy & Psychology, and others.

Required Subjects

  • English Home Language or First Additional Language 4 50–59%
  • Five 20-credit subjects (no language restriction) 3 40–49%

Additional Requirements

  • Preference is given to applicants who listed this as their first choice.
NSC Degree pass with English 4 and five 20-credit subjects (no language restriction). Matric Exemption: standard. USAf Certificate of Mature Age Exemption accepted. Available streams: Geography & History (ZU-M-BGE), Geography & Tourism (ZU-M-BGT), History & IsiZulu (ZU-M-BHI), Linguistics & English (ZU-M-BLE), Philosophy & Psychology (ZU-M-BPY).
